Senior Performance Marketer
We're looking for a senior performance marketer who loves data-driven decisions and wants to build performance marketing with AI workflows — without the agency chaos.

What you'll do
- Owning 3–5 client performance accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Campaign strategy, structure, creative brief and iteration
- Server-side tracking, attribution modelling, weekly reporting
- Collaboration with creative and dev on landing pages and UGC
What we expect
- 3+ years of senior performance experience
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4
- Data work and SQL/spreadsheets at standalone-analysis level
- Fluent English + Czech preferred (clients CZ + EU)
Nice to have
- AI tooling in performance workflow (Claude, GPT, Looker)
- E-com or D2C brand background
- Server-side tracking basics (GTM SS, Stape)
