Strategically lead content & creative for 3–5 brands. Work with AI workflows for variety — final outputs stay human.

What you'll do
- Creative briefs for performance + brand campaigns
- Owning content calendars across channels
- Working with art director and copywriter
- Test plans and creative performance reviews
What we expect
- 3+ years in a creative role (agency or in-house)
- Portfolio with performance creative + brand projects
- Fluent Czech + English, can lead client meetings
- Critical mindset — you know when AI output isn't good enough
Nice to have
- Hands-on with Midjourney/Runway/ElevenLabs in production
- TikTok / UGC formats experience
- Motion design basics
